Wedding Coordinator

This is peace of mind. Consulting when you need us, as you need us. If you feel as though you have the wedding plans under control but just need Garniere' for support and guidance, our professional staff is available for an hourly fee.

We request that you book a minimum of 5 hours with our staff to ensure we are able to understand and customize all aspects of your unique day and answer all of your questions.

This package includes 10 hours prior to the day of the wedding to discover what you and your Groom desire on the happiest day of your lives.

We will meet with your professionals to review and confirm contract details and try to ensure your professionals have a secure back-up plan in case of an emergency. In the weeks prior to the wedding we will meet with the Bride to ensure that the last minute details have been finalized. We will discuss the type of ceremony and any specific details that need to be included so we are prepared for the Rehearsal.

Our staff will be on hand at the Rehearsal to make certain the walk through goes according to plan and to ensure the Bridal Party is comfortable with the order of events.

Finally we will be on site for the duration of all formal events at your Reception, to act as a liaison between your selected professionals and most of all, to ensure the event runs smoothly. Our goal is for you and your family to be able to relax and enjoy your day and your guests. Leave the details to Garniere'.

This package includes "unlimited" consulting for the bride and any other responsible party. We will help to create a variety of unique themes for you to choose from that reflect your budget and your good taste. We will help in the professional selection and the venue selection for the Rehearsal, the Ceremony and Reception. As well as negotiating payment arrangements, the contracts, and setting appointments with all of the vendors you select. We will be on hand to answer questions you may have regarding etiquette or any other issues that may arise. We will be on site throughout your entire event to make sure your day is as perfect as you dreamed. We will offer suggestions for wedding gifts, favors, invitations or any other specialty items you are looking to find. This package also includes all services in Package B. Our goal is to make your wedding everything you ever dreamed it would be, down to the smallest detail.

This package includes everything listed in the Package C. The ultimate in wedding planning. The week is overflowing with perfectly planned events. Not one detail is over looked from the time your first guest receives there save the date bookmark until the moment you are taking off for your honeymoon.

Indulging in pure elegance. This will be a timeless celebration that will leave you and your guests breathless. For instance an afternoon of skeet shooting to a relaxing round of golf for the men. To a day of pampering at the spa or a wonderful tour around our beautiful historic city of Fredericksburg for the women.
